By accessing or using Waifu Overload (accessible at waifu.party), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

The platform, all features, and all content are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waifu Overload disclaims all warranties, express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific expectations or that any defects will be corrected.

All content hosted, published, or delivered on Waifu Overload consists strictly of fictional, illustrated artwork. All names, characters, appearances, scenes, and events depicted are entirely fictional creations of the imagination. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. All fictional characters depicted in mature or suggestive scenes are conceptualized and depicted as eighteen (18) years of age or older.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this platform. By accessing the site or creating an account, you certify under penalty of perjury that you meet this age requirement and that accessing and viewing adult fictional illustrations is lawful in the local jurisdiction from which you access the platform. We reserve the absolute right to terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Waifu Overload, its owners, operators, artists, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, server outages, loss of accounts or credits, data loss, service interruptions, or psychological or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

Liability Cap: In any circumstance, our aggregate liability for any and all legal claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by you to Waifu Overload during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All subscription billing and one-time credit pack purchases are securely processed through Gumroad. We never store or touch your financial or payment card data. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Gumroad. Non-refundability applies once art commissions have been accepted or credits redeemed.

All artwork, graphics, and branding on Waifu Overload are owned by or licensed to Waifu Overload. Users are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to view illustrations and commission artwork for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, automated scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
